End-of-life planning as an act of love

We know the importance of a will, but there is so much more to consider, to write down.

The conversation doesn’t have to be grim. Rather, it can be an opportunity to reflect on what matters to you, to make your wishes known, and ease the burden on the people you love.

Together, we’ll walk through your wishes for care, practical decisions to be made, as well as any important information your loved ones might need.

We’ll also make room for your life story. The experiences, relationships, values, lessons, and moments that have shaped you. What has your life meant to you? What do you want your loved ones to know? What stories do you want remembered? What do you hope to leave behind?

This work can be explored individually or as a group

individual sessions

offer a confidential, personal space to reflect on your wishes, tell your story, organize important details, and explore the legacy you want to leave. We can move at your own pace and focus on what matters most to you.

group workshops

create an opportunity to have these conversations with family, friends, or your community. Through guided conversation and reflection, participants can explore questions about end-of-life wishes, life stories, values, memory, and legacy. Sharing the process with others can open conversations that might otherwise remain unspoken.
